Two airports serve western Sicily: Trapani-Birgi Airport (TPS), the closest and most convenient option for Stagnone Homes, and Palermo Falcone-Borsellino Airport (PMO), with a wider choice of domestic and international connections. Car hire is available at both airports.
- By car
A car is the easiest way to reach Stagnone Homes and explore western Sicily independently. The lagoon, salt pans, beaches, Marsala and the surrounding towns are spread across the area, so having your own transport is strongly recommended. The exact location and driving directions are shared with confirmed guests before arrival.
- From Trapani Airport
Trapani-Birgi Airport is just 10 minutes by car from Stagnone Homes, making it the most convenient airport for your stay.
- From Palermo Airport
Palermo Falcone-Borsellino Airport is approximately 60 minutes by car from Stagnone Homes, depending on traffic.
- Without a car
Marsala and Trapani are connected by regional trains and buses, but public transport around the lagoon and countryside is limited. Reaching the Lo Stagnone area without a car is possible, although a rental car or private transfer is usually the most practical option.
- Parking
Stagnone Homes has three parking spaces shared between the two properties. An EV charging station is also available for guests and is shared between the two homes.
