We save your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage under “stagnone-homes:cookie-consent”. It records the notice version, your selection and the time of your choice, so the website can respect it. It is a necessary preference record, not an analytics identifier, and does not require consent.

Your choice remains valid for six calendar months. At expiry, analytics is disabled until you choose again. The record stays on your device until replaced or deleted, but an expired record no longer authorises analytics. These are used for the booking functionality requested by the visitor and are not part of Stagnone Homes’ optional Analytics category. Payment providers available at checkout, including PayPal if offered, may use cookies needed for the transaction or security. Their notices and controls apply within those services; the website’s Analytics toggle does not control their separate systems.

Google Fonts, Windy maps and webcam content, and Windfinder forecasts connect to external providers on the relevant pages. They may process technical data or use their own storage under their respective policies. The Privacy Policy identifies these providers. A necessary booking function must not be interpreted as permission for optional tracking by a provider.
